Consultations & Collaborations
TWC provides consultation services that prioritize collaboration and relationship-based approaches, fostering meaningful and sustainable growth for our clients and partners. TWC affirms that diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are essential, integrated components of any successful organizational strategy—where work culture, environment, and relational capacity are aligned and mutually reinforcing. We work with non-profit organizations, businesses and teams who are committed to these principles in action as the means by which they increase their capacity to deliver services. Our consultation services help clients utilize and elevate the capabilities of their people, invigorate work relationships, and establish everyday practices that sustain inclusive work climates. Our approach is founded in a belief that our clients— individuals and work groups regardless of position or title—have the ability to meet work challenges and achieve success. The TWC “Gather, Give, Grow” construct provides a useful 3-phase framework that informs consultation and allows a macro (vision and plan) and micro (human interaction) focus. We encourage honest reflection, thoughtful and transparent communication, and accountability to continuously learn new and more effective ways to interact authentically and responsively with colleagues, constituents, and stakeholders.
