HEAL THE HEALER
New England Fall Retreat
Friday, November 11 – Sunday, November 13, 2022
Clarity BreathWork is a powerful transformative musical meditation modality that provides us with access to expanded states of awareness. This breath modality unblocks and releases old stuck patterning and stagnant energies. This raises our vibrational signature and provides greater insight towards a more healthy, happy, wholesome, and harmonious existence.
This offering is a combination of physical movement and Sound Therapy. This is a gentle trauma informed movement practice that is grounded in stress management and self-esteem empowerment.
Combining Hatha Yoga and Sound healing is a creative and immersive way to practice movement meditation and energy work.
