Finding Elijah: A Discussion on Suicide, Mental Health, and our Journey to Wellness in the Black Community

On March 28, The Roxbury Film Fest and The Wellness Collaborative held a screening and panel discussion of the film Finding Elijah by Yolanda Johnson – Young.

Filmmaker Statement: I believe that my work on Finding Elijah can create a collective consciousness to open the dialogue about suicide awareness and prevention, with solutions on how to break the stigma surrounding mental health conditions and homelessness, and have real conversations to stop suicide.
